Fiona Connolly
Founder | Head of College
Fiona is the heartbeat of our College. From day one, she’ll help you feel at home. She knows the pressures of elite sport, and she’s here to guide, listen, and support you through every high and low.
Behind the scenes, Fiona takes care of all the operational elements of Edge.
Her career history includes serving in the British Royal Navy and working in Formula One, which shows she has amazing attention to detail, and response times are as you'd expect.

Neil Connolly
Founder | Head of Education and Performance
With decades of experience mentoring athletes, Neil leads our academic programme and brings clarity to the complex. His job is to help you link theory to practice, and golf to real life, so you walk away with knowledge you’ll actually use.
His Tournament experience includes England Under 15 National Champion, All American, University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Midland PGA Order of Merit Winner 1998, Inducted to the University of Tennessee’s Athletic Hall of Fame in 2012, and Senior Open competitor, Gleneagles 2022.

Dr. Brendan McLaughlin
Nutritionist
Brendan brings real-world insight from the PGA and LPGA Tours straight into the Edge classroom. His four high-impact nutrition sessions are built to help athletes fuel for performance, recover faster, and avoid injury.
Practical learning, grounded in elite sport, his advice gives students the same edge as the Pros.

Mark Bennett MBE
Performance Architect
Originally a senior physical instructor with the British Army, Mark's experience in elite military training now extends across Olympic sports, professional rugby, and baseball. He helps you master the mental game, from resilience and focus to communication and leadership.
If you want to unlock another level, Mark will show you where it is.
Past clients for Mark include the British Army, England Rugby, the Cleveland Indians, and England Golf.

Dr. Mark Bull
Biomechanist
Mark doesn’t just use the data - he invented the system. As the creator of Bull 3D, Mark is one of the world’s top experts in movement analysis. He lectures and coaches across all years of your programme, giving you access to a level of insight you won’t find anywhere else.
Alongside Edge, Mark also includes England Golf, Golf Union of Wales, and Golf Australia among his clients and has worked with over 50 top European players, including Luke Donald, Ryder Cup Captain.

Priscila Bilck
Physiotherapist & Pilates Instructor
Priscila is a licensed Physiotherapist and certified Pilates instructor specialising in functional movement and performance enhancement. Her work focuses on helping professional golf players improve their posture, core strength, flexibility, and body awareness. All key components for optimising their swing mechanics and preventing injuries.
By integrating physiotherapy with Pilates-based training, she provides personalised programmes that support golfers in maintaining peak physical condition, enhancing mobility, and extending their athletic careers.

Drew Wallace
Lecturer in Sports Psychology
Drew is a lecturer in Sport Psychology and supports athletes across a wide range of sports. His applied experience is across a variety of levels, from beginners to professionals and international sports performers.
As well as group sessions surrounding breath work, self-talk and other coping strategies, Drew provides our students with invaluable support on an individual basis to help alleviate anxiety, reduce nerves, and accelerate performance.
Drew provides Sport Psychology support on a one-to-one basis and in group sessions.

Simon Brearley
Strength & Conditioning Coach
Simon is the Founder of Resolve Golf, a company providing premium health and performance support to professional golfers, emerging talent, and high-performing corporate players.
Simon holds an MSc in Biomechanics and is an Accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach (ASCC), currently consulting to the European Tour Group, The R&A, England Golf and to various DP World Tour, LPGA, and Ladies European Tour players. He is currently undertaking a PhD in the physical profiling of golfers.
